Using the service

You may use MedBlock Fit for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission or use it to harm others.

Accounts

Accounts are personal. Keep your password safe and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case within 14 days of a charge.

No warranty

The results are provided as is. We work hard to keep them accurate, but you are responsible for how you use them. To the extent permitted by law, MedBlock Fit s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will say so on this page and by email to account holders.
